Los Angeles County and Orange County run separate superior court systems, and Fred appears in both. A death in the family can turn a trust question into a probate question and then into a dispute over a house. Once you retain the office, the adjuster, the trustee, the landlord’s attorney, or the other party to the contract deals with Fred directly. You are kept informed at each step, and the person giving you the update is the person doing the work.
